XFL: How are we doing so far?

We’re three weeks into Vince’s football experiment 2.0 and it’s looking like it could be viable. Crowds seem to be growing, the rule changes are seemingly working, and the quality of play seems to be well above what the AAF presented.

But as Degenerates, is it viable for us?

Let’s break it down:

Week 1:
ATS
Max 2-2
Panther 0-2*
Arch 2-2

Totals
Max 2-1-1
Panther 0-1*
Arch 2-1-1

Week 2:
ATS
Max 2-2
Panther 2-2
Arch 3-1

Totals
Max 3-1
Panther 3-1
Arch 2-2

Week 3:
ATS
Max 3-1
Panther 2-1
Arch 4-0

Totals
Max 2-2
Panther 2-2
Arch 2-2

Overall
ATS
Max 7-5
Panther 4-5 (4-3)*
Arch 9-3

Totals
Max 7-4-1
Panther 5-3
Arch 6-5-1

We’re basically seeing what we saw in the NFL. Max is gravitating toward the totals, Arch is focused on ATS and Panther is hitting both. In my mind, this isn’t too bad for a brand-new league 3 weeks in. Let’s see if we can keep this up and we might be hoping the XFL has a nice long and happy existence.

*Panther’s Week 1 picks were Max and Arch making picks for him.
