Excepts from Max’s Notes:

Celtics at Spurs

San Antonio is 4-1 at home but 1-4 against the spread at home. They are facing a Celtics team that has won 6 in a row and are coming off a 21 point win over the Hornets. They had 5 players on double digits. Hayward is averaging 20 points, 8 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game. The Celtics haven’t won in San Antonio since 2011 and have lost 14 of their last 15 against the Spurs.

Pelicans at Hornets

If the Warriors and Thunder isn’t the dud game of the day then this one is. The Hornets are coming off an embarrassing loss to the player they let walk in feee agency while the Pelicans are coming off a big loss last night to the Raptors.

Mavericks at Grizzlies

Both teams coming off of embarrassing losses last night. The Grizzlies got beat badly by the Magic. Essentially, lost to a team that can’t score 100 points and lost by 32. The Mavericks lost to the lowly Knicks. Both teams hit 14 3-pointers last night. The difference is the Knicks took 28 shots and the Mavs took 44. Luca and Porzingis had great stat lines but had some shooting issues and didn’t get much help. This game doesn’t have a lot of data yet but seeing the Mavs -4.5 or -5.

Rockets at Bulls

I didn’t take the time to research Chicago strip clubs but if they are any good then chances are the Bulls can win since Jimmy Harden will have a bad game. The Bulls finally played a full four quarters and had a big win on Wednesday. Harden is obviously bored with Houston strip clubs because he had a big game on Wednesday. Houston has won and covered their last two including that -16 against the Warriors. Before that they were 0-6 against the spread.

Warriors at Thunder

A couple of seasons ago this was a matchup between the top two teams in the West. Now it’s two teams in the bottom 5 of the West. The Warriors are coming off an OT loss last night. Russell returned and dropped 52 on the T-Wolves. The Thunder are also coming off a loss to the Spurs on Thursday, but Chris Paul finally had a pretty decent game and the Thunder have some consistent play from Gallinari, Schroder and Gilgeous-Alexander.

Golden Knights at Capitals

The Capitals have won 8 of 9 and their only loss was an OT loss to Edmonton. Vegas plays well on the road but are on the first game of a back to back where they will head to Detroit to play the Red Wings. You figure they will give the Capitals their best lines tonight and rest some guys tomorrow. So, it should be a close one.

Wild at Coyotes

Arizona has lost 2 in a row, but they’ve been close. The Wild have lost 4 of 5 but many of those have been close. That said, they struggle on the road and are 2-9 away from Minnesota.
