Max’s Sports Bet Picks for 3/23/22

Sports Bet Picks for 3/23/22

BKN (-2.5) at MEM (2.5)

Pick: Bet $10 BKN ML

Total: 236 (Lean Over – 238)

Predicted Score: BKN 121 – MEM 117

Notes: Brooklyn has won 4 of their last 5 games despite most of those being home games.

That means that a healthy Kevin Durant can still produce some wins.

But this is a road game – so we will see the duo of Kyrie and KD take on a Memphis team that has also won 4 of their last 5 games.

The problem is that Memphis will not have Ja Morant out on the court tonight.

That could be a huge blow to a team that is trying to lock in the 2nd seed in the West.

Fortunate for them, the Warriors are dealing with a shit ton of issues and there should be enough separation between them and Utah to afford to lose a game here and there.

And this should be one of those games.

$10 moneyline bet on Brooklyn.

ORL (-2) at OKC (2)

Pick: Bet $10 ORL ML

Total: 218 (Lean Over – 229)

Predicted Score: ORL 118 – OKC 111

Notes: Orlando has 20 wins on the season. 7 of those have come over the past month.

In that time span, the Magic are 7-6 including a winning record on the road.

OKC, on the other hand, have the same amount of wins but has lost 10 games in a row.

The Magic should be playing for ping pong balls but instead they are playing to assess players and increase trade value of guys like Markelle Fultz.

This team managed to grab a win over a flavorless Warriors team last night and I think they grab another win today.

$10 moneyline bet on the Magic.

ATL (-5) at DET (5)

Pick: Lean DET

Total: 225 (Lean Over – 227)

Predicted Score: ATL 114 – DET 113

NYK (7) at CHA (-7)

Pick: Lean NYK

Total: 226 (Lean Under – 221)

Predicted Score: NYK 111 – CHA 110

SAC (5.5) at IND (-5.5)

Pick: Lean SAC

Total: 236.5 (Lean Over – 244)

Predicted Score: SAC 120 – IND 124

GSW (7) at MIA (-7)

Pick: Lean GSW

Total: 214.5 (Lean Under – 210)

Predicted Score: GSW 106 – MIA 104

UTA (5) at BOS (-5)

Pick: Lean UTA

Total: 220 (Lean Under – 213)

Predicted Score: UTA 106 – BOS 107

PHX (-1.5) at MIN (1.5)

Pick: Lean MIN

Total: 236 (Lean Under – 234)

Predicted Score: PHX 116 – MIN 118

HOU (9.5) at DAL (-9.5)

Pick: Lean HOU

Total: 225.5 (Lean Under – 220)

Predicted Score: HOU 108 – DAL 112

PHI (-7.5) at LAL (7.5)

Pick: Lean LAL

Total: 229.5 (Lean Under – 229)

Predicted Score: PHI 115 – LAL 114

SAS (-8) at POR (8)

Pick: Lean POR

Total: 233 (Lean Under – 232)

Predicted Score: SAS 116 – POR 116

Pittsburgh Penguins (-215) at Buffalo Sabres (176)

Pick: Bet $10 Pittsburgh

Notes: Both teams have won 4 of their last 5 games.

For Buffalo, they have grabbed impressive wins over teams like Calgary, Toronto and Vegas.

Not too bad.

The Penguins beat the Coyotes – which should just automatically give them the Stanley Cup this season.

The Penguins are in a back-to-back and Tristan Jarry got the start.

So that means Casey DeSmith should start for the Penguins.

Craig Anderson will get the start for Buffalo and he’s been pretty damn good at home.

It’s hard not to see value in a home team, playing some good hockey, with the goalie advantage and getting a big plus line.

In fact, the early money is hammering the Sabres.

But their play will fade eventually and I think this could be the night.

My metrics say take Pittsburgh here.

$10 bet on the Penguins.

Chicago Blackhawks (100) at Anaheim Ducks (-120)

Pick: Bet $10 Anaheim

Notes: The Ducks have lost 7 games in a row including an 8-3 laugher to the Blackhawks a few weeks ago.

Their offense has been inconsistent and their goaltending has been some of the worst in the league in that span.

But the Blackhawks are now without Marc Andre-Fleury – who they dealt to the Wild at the deadline.

Both teams are also dealing with injuries, new players and call-ups.

So yeah, this one will be a mess.

But someone has to win! And I think the Ducks break their losing streak today.

$10 bet on Anaheim.

New Jersey Devils (260) at Toronto Maple Leafs (-330)

Pick: Lean Toronto

Vancouver Canucks (215) at Colorado Avalanche (-265)

Pick: Lean Colorado
